Sum's Development Incorporation is an importer and wholesaler, and mainly focuses on volume purchase and wholesale trade. In order to purchase on this website, you must reach the age of adulthood in your province/state of residence and you must agree to pay for all charges stated on this web. It's your responsibility to provide the most accurate information to us such as billing address, shipping address, email address, credit card numbers, business licence issued by a city or country and other significant information. Customers are liable for all the consequences or losses due to inaccurate information provided to Sum's Development Inc.

Minimum order is $200.00 in value per each shipment and the minimum quantity for each item is the inner box quantity or at least 6 pieces per each colour. Shipment will be made in the "BEST WAY" determined by SUM'S unless otherwise specified on the order. Freight charges are F.O.B. Vancouver, BC, Canada.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All shortage and claims for damage must be reported to us immediately within 10 days upon receipt of shipment. The invoice number and the date of order will be needed to precede the claim. All claims must receive a claim number before returning. If claims involving the damage of outside carton boxes, please make the claim immediately to the driver and retain the original carton to facilitate the claims. All returned products must be in good shape and condition in order to have a full credit. A restocking fee about 20% of the order value will be applied to unauthorized returns.

Sum's development Incorporation reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice, including but not limited to the changes associated with the use of this website. Please refer to this agreement on an ongoing basis so that you understand the most updated terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will take effect as soon as posted.

SUM'S may in its discretion change, terminate, restrict, and suspend any parts or the entire web without notice at anytime. As well as, SUM'S reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user ID and password for any improper or unlawful use of this website without prior notice. The provisions regarding to the whole agreement shall continuously effect after the termination or suspension.
